Prize draw Terms & Conditions
- The draw is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents of all ages, other than employees I CAN.
- The prizes are 10 Becker Traffic Assist Highspeed II 7988 multimedia SatNav units.
- To qualify for a chance of winning, words must be added, together with a valid email address, to www.wallofwords.co.uk by midnight 14th April 2007, or before the wall exceeds 100,000 bricks, whichever comes soonest.
- Listed prizes are hidden randomly behind bricks numbered 50,001 to 100,000 on the wall.
- Winners will be notified by email on or before 21st April 2007.
- If you receive a prize winner email you will need to reply with your full name and postal address by 20th April 2007 to winningwords@wallofwords.co.uk
- The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prizes if any of the prize-winners cannot be contacted by this date.
- The prizes will be sent to winners by 11th May 2007.
- A full list of prize winners may be obtained by written request. Please send a SAE to I CAN, 4 Dyer's Building, Holborn, London, EC1N 2QP after the 20th April 2007.
- The 'extra mile' challenge is an extension of the 'first mile' challenge. Overall only one prize is allowed per person.
- The prizes are not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
- Individuals may add no more than one word to this site. This relates to both the 'first mile' challenge and the 'extra mile' challenge phases.
- No purchase necessary. Entry to the competition is by email only.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe they have breached any of these terms and conditions or the site terms and conditions.
- In the event that any applicant is disqualified from the competition, the Promoter will decide whether a replacement winner should be selected.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed in transmission whether by email or otherwise. The promoter has no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computable functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
- The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
- By adding a word to the Wall of Words applicants agree to be bound by these terms and that the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

I CAN shall have the right to refuse to allow you access to any of the pages on the Site at any time and for any reason without giving you any advance notice and I CAN shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever (other than losses or damages for death or physical injury arising out of the negligence of I CAN or its employees) arising from your inability to access or use any of the pages on the Site.

If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from the terms and conditions and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
